The Project Planning
Our summer training in Udaipur for IT candidates starts with the students undergoing detailed training on the technology platform they have opted for. From the group, the student who does the best will be chosen as a group leader or team leader and he/she will be given a live project that has to be executed perfectly. There will be teachers guiding throughout, but this will be a stepping stone for the students and also an understanding meter that will help to know how much the students have learned from the training and project. Once the live project comes to an end, the team leader along with all the other trainees will have to submit the report of the project and also make a presentation. After a full evaluation of the project and presentation, the students will be given their certificates. We have tried various models for this summer training in Udaipur and each time we have found the students to be really enthusiastic about the courses they have chosen.
